Happy Saturday Everybody!

2020 has proven to be an interesting year to say the least.

Some COVID related things-

• Fundamental Nutrition is still taking new patients and we are resuming in-office visits with procedures in place per local government guidance.

• In-home visits are limited at this time and offered under specific circumstances only. Please contact me if you have questions or want to inquire more about an in-home visit. I’m hoping that after the new year I will be able to offer these visits to more of my patients.

• Telehealth visits are available, if visiting the office is not an option for you, I would be happy to set up a virtual visit.

I’m now a Certified Lactation Counselor!

Despite a few COVID delays, I have worked hard over the summer to complete a lactation counselor course. I took my exam in September and finally got my test results this past week, I passed! For the time being I am only be offering individual lactation counseling sessions, but in the future I hope to start education groups for pregnant women and lactation support groups for moms and babies.

We will be experiencing a bit of re-branding after the new year, stay posted for exciting changes!!
